Purple Sherbet by Ciate

I got this polish free last year I think with Marie Claire magazine (it's the only time I ever buy it when they are giving away free nail polish!).  The colour is a pale purple similar to one of my favourites, Berry Ice Cream from Barry M.  It is a cream polish and the colour is just beautiful in the bottle and on the nails.

I find Ciate hit and miss when it comes to the formula and consistency of the polishes. Sometimes they can be very streaky and difficult to apply and other times they need a large number of coats to be even, but this one I found was great, easy to apply and opaque in two coats.

My nails looked so spring like wearing this colour and I must confess, I liked it as much (if not more - gasp!) then Berry Ice Cream!  Given it was a freebie, I am not sure whether this is part of Ciate's permanent collection, but I'm sure it can be found on ebay and it is well worth tracking a bottle down.

That concludes the P's.  Before I start the R's however, I need to backtrack through a number of A to O polishes which I have bought over the last couple of months, starting with Can't Let Go by OPI.
