Indigo by Barry M

This polish is a beautiful inky purple colour.  It really looks like ink from an old school style inkwell.  It is a lovely colour, although I find it slightly too dark for my colouring, and makes my hands look slightly paler than they are.  The photo makes it look more navy than it actually is on the nails, it has more of a purple tone than can be seen here.

The consistency of the polish is as good as any other Barry M polishes.  It did go on streaky the first coat, but the second coat evened it out.  The only downside is that I found it chipped quite easily and wore off the end of my nails very quickly (easy to notice given the dark colour).

I do like this polish, a great autumn colour.
