Old Park Lane by Nails Inc

This is the only Nails Inc polish I own that I have actually bought myself, the rest I have in my collection are all freebies from magazines or bought for me as presents. £11 a bottle is not something I would normally spend on nail polish but for my birthday I was given a gift card for Debenhams and when they had a 10% off sale a few weeks ago I decided to use the voucher and splurge. It was between Old Park Lane and Aspen, an amazing red, but I figured that Aspen was close to other reds I have whereas Old Park Lane was more unique. It is an amazing rosé gold colour, very beautiful in the bottle. I was actually disappointed when I put it on my nails though as it came out a lot more copper than I was expecting, I thought it would be more gold but it was a bit too brassy for my liking. I'm glad I used the voucher rather than my own hard earned cash.

As with all Nails Inc polishes it was easy to apply, the formula was great and it was opaque in two coats.

All in all, I liked it, but I did not love it and at £11 a bottle I would really need to love it to buy another. I think I will stick to my magazine freebies from now on.

Next up is the last of the O's (that didn't last long!) - it Orchid by Autograph from Marks and Spencer.
Until then,
Lealea x
