Royal Blue by Rimmel

Took several layers to achieve anything like opacity.  Nice duo chrome but not amazing.

Rosy Cheeks by Quo by Orly

Sent by a Canadian friend.  Nice dark muted pink polish.

Rose Truffle by No. 7

Nice muted pink.

Robotika by China Glaze

Metallic polish, hard to apply without streaking.  Was ok, probably nicer in the autumn.

Risky Red by Seventeen

Lovely polish, dried quickly, lasted well.

Apologies...

I know it's been ages since I last blogged.  Life took over and time got away with me.  The summer holidays came and before I knew it I had been away for nearly two months.  I have been wearing nail polish over all that time, I have nearly finished with the S's and should be onto the T's by the time September rolls around.  Instead of blogging about the 40+ polishes I have worn over this summer, I am just going to post pictures of each one.  I may give a line or two about the polish but I won't go into too much detail.  Once I have caught up with myself, normal blogging service will resume, I promise!

Revenge by Seventeen

I bought this polish recently as Seventeen products were on 3 for 2 at Boots and there were two polishes I already wanted so I picked this as a third.  It was unusual in the bottle, a sort of mauve shimmer so I thought I'd try it.  I can't say it was my favourite when on my nails, certainly not a summery colour. Just a bit dull really.

The worst thing about this polish though is the consistency and the way it applies.  It is supposed to dry in 50 seconds which it does but because it is so fast drying it is dry before you have finished your nail.  Therefore if you use more than one stroke to coat your nails (which you have to as the brush is not thick) then it catches the drying polish and goes bobbly and claggy.  So hard to work with.

I was disappointed with this polish.

Next up is Rich in Heart by Sinful Colors.
Until then,
