I bought this polish before Sinful Colors were available in Boots from a cheap makeup shop. It's a really dark almost black reddy brown, much darker than Revenge by Seventeen which i was wearing previously. I was surprised how much I actually liked this colour, I thought I wouldn't as its not really a summer colour but it is really pretty on.
I thought it would be a thin consistency as Sinful Colors polishes tend to be but it only took two coats to be opaque. All in all I really liked this polish. I am not sure whether it is part of the collection available in Boots but if it is I would recommend it.

Retro Red by Barry M
Don't worry, this is the last of the Retro polishes I own from Barry M. This one is Retro Red and it is very similar to I'm Not Really A Waitress from OPI and Salsa by No. 7 although it is not quite as dark as this two colours. It is a really nice shimmery red colour.
Great to apply, opaque in two coats, I really like it. Worth tracking down but there are other dupes out there if you can't find it.

Retro Purple by Barry M
This polish is also from the limited edition collection from Barry M which was released I early 2012 (I believe). This is a gorgeous shimmery dark purple colour. It's not as cadburys purple as Let's Talk from Sinful Colors (and I think that one just slightly edges Retro Purple out for my favourite dark purple) but it is still a great colour. It looks more navy blue than purple in this photo but it is more purple on the nails.
As ever the consistency is great and it's easy to apply and opaque in two coats. I would recommend tracking it down but if you can't find it, Lets Talk by Barry M is similar and also cheaper.

Retro Pink by Barry M
This polish is also from the limited edition collection released by Barry M in early 2012 (I believe). It is a beautiful shimmery darkish pink colour.
As ever with Barry M polishes this is great to apply with a great finish. I love these Retro polishes for the colour and finish and they are worth tracking down if you can.

Retro Blue by Barry M
This polish was part of a limited edition collection that Barry M brought out in early 2012 I believe. There were a number of different colours that you could get free when spending over £6 on Barry M products. I must confess to buying a lot of Barry M polishes just to get the free ones, but hey, it's free polish and I would have been buying the other colours eventually, right?
This polish is a gorgeous shimmery deep blue colour which translates well onto the nails. I really liked it and it did suit my skin tone well.
As ever with Barry M the consistency was great and it was easy application. Two coats and it was fully opaque. Well worth tracking one down if you can.

Red Glitter by Barry M
This polish is just truly stunning in the bottle. Densely packed red glitter in a red polish, it shimmers like no other. I am not normally a fan of glitter polishes but I make an exception for this one. It is such a great polish for Christmastime, I love it.
It does take three coats to four coats on bare nails to become opaque. I added it over the top of Red Carpet by Rimmel and it took two coats to provide a good coverage. The main two downsides of this polish are the feel of you nails with full glitter on, catching them on things and catching them together, the feeling runs through me. The other thing is the length of time it takes you to remove the polish, you either have to use the tin foil method or be prepared to spend half an hour or more scrubbing your nails to get it off. Despite this, the polish is worth definitely worth it and a must for any collection.

Red Carpet by Rimmel
This polish is one of my all time favourite reds. Simmery with a hint of gold running through it, it is lovely in the bottle and translates well onto the nails.
This polish is from Rimmel's 60 Seconds range so it does dry fast but it is not too fast drying so that it is hard to apply like some. The brush is wide and easy to work with and it was opaque in two coats.
I really like this polish and would recommend it for everyone's collection.

Red Bikini by Revlon
This polish was purchased as part of the 10 Revlon polishes for £10 pack that I bought a few months ago at Costco. The name of the polish Red Bikini is slightly misleading as I would call this more of an orange/coral colour. It is a colour I felt was better suited to shorter nails as I think reds on longer nails can look a bit like talons. I did like the colour though, nice and bright.
I do find Revlon polishes can be a bit difficult to work with as they are either very thin or too thick but this polish was easy to apply and was opaque in two coats. All in all a nice polish.

Raspberry Crush by Models Own
I got this polish free with a a magazine a few months ago. I do not own any other Models Own polishes although they do have some lovely colours but the £5 price tag puts me off. This colour is a lot pinker than Raspberry from Barry M and a lot brighter. It's a nice colour although I do have a lot of similar pinks.
I liked the consistency of the polish and it was easy to apply. Two coats was enough to make this opaque. I liked the polish but I can't say I was highly wowed by it such that I would run out to buy more. I have been slightly tempted when Boots have had their 3 for 2 offers on previously but the colours would have to be very special for me to pay full price for one.

Raspberry by Barry M
This polish is a dark pink raspberry colour - exactly what it says on the tin! It is a nice enough colour but to be honest I find dark pinks are all much of a muchness and its not my favourite colour on me. It is a colour that you could wear all year round, good in summer and the autumn.
As with all Barry M polishes it has a great consistency, applies really easily and is opaque in two coats. If you like dark pinks this is a good one to buy as it is cheap and lasts well.

Rage by Orly
This polish is pretty much a cult polish amongst the blogging and YouTube community. It is a beautiful rose gold colour, full of shimmer particles. It is amazing in the bottle and translates really well on the nails. I bought it a couple of summers ago and got lots of compliments and comments from people asking what my nail polish was. It was one of my favourites until I bought Penny Talk from Essie which has now become my all time favourite rose gold colour. This would come a close second though.
The consistency of the polish is good and it is opaque in two coats. This is the only Orly polish I own so I cannot say whether all other Orly polishes are as good. It has not made me want to rush out and buy more, but then Orly polishes are only available in mini bottles here and at £5 a bottle I find it expensive for such a small amount of product..
Next up is Raspberry by Barry M.

Racing Green by Barry M
I bought this polish a couple of years ago when I was going through my wanting-to-buy-every-polish that-Barry-M-has-ever-made phase. I am not sure why I really bought this one, dark greens are really not my favourite colours and you can't really great much darker green than this dark green metallic looking polish. I think maybe I bought it because I like motor racing and the name "Racing Green" appealed to me. It's definitely not a summer colour, more appropriate for autumn really.
As ever with most Barry M polishes the polish had great consistency and was easy to apply. Not one of my favourites though purely because of the colour.

Lets Talk by Sinful Colors
I bought this polish a few weeks ago when I discovered that Sinful Colors are now being stocked in Boots. I have a few Sinful Colors polishes sent either from friends in the US or that I have found in cheap beauty shops. However they are now being stocked at Boots for the bargain price of £1.99 which for a nail polish junkie cheapskate like me is a temptation too great to miss!
Lets Talk was one of the first polishes I picked up off the display as the colour was amazing. A pearl enamel finish in true cadburys purple, it is truly gorgeous in the bottle and on the nails. I loved it!
The Sinful Colors polishes I already own have been hit and miss in terms of their consistency and how easy they have been to apply. I had no problems with this polish though and it applied evenly and had great consistency and was opaque in two coats. It lasted really well too without chipping. Definitely one of my new favourites.
Next up is the start of the R's and Racing Green by Barry M.

Harp On It by Color Club
This polish is part of the 2012 Halo Hues collection by Color Club. It is a silver polish which is holographic giving it all the dimensions of a rainbow when in sunlight. The colour is absolutely amazing. So stunning when outside, I just could not stop staring at my nails and moving my hand around to see all the different colours. People must have thought I was a little bit crazy!
The polish is virtually opaque in one coat and it is really easy to apply. It is not readily available in the UK but worth tracking down on the Internet.
